One text a week
You reply with whatever is on your mind. It becomes material. No pressure, and STOP ends it any time.
By selecting Text me, you agree to receive one check-in text per week from AdvisorGenie at +1 (484) 859-1245. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using AdvisorGenie. Terms and Privacy.
Initial opt-in path
- An existing AdvisorGenie customer signs in to the portal.
- The customer opens Check-in texts and chooses Once a week or Twice a week.
- The customer reviews the sender, cadence, message-and-data-rate, HELP, STOP, Terms, and Privacy disclosure immediately beside the Text me button.
- The customer selects Text me. That button is the affirmative consent action; no checkbox is preselected and no other portal action enrolls the customer.
The customer can decline or leave this control without selecting Text me and continue using every other AdvisorGenie feature. Check-in text consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
AdvisorGenie then sends only one or two check-in questions per week according to the selected cadence. The program sends no marketing messages.
START reactivation path
A customer who previously enrolled and then opted out may reactivate the same check-in program by texting START or UNSTOP to +1 484-859-1245. The confirmation is:
AdvisorGenie: Check-in texts are active again. You may receive one or two questions per week based on your portal setting. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
STOP and HELP behavior
Twilio manages the STOP and HELP keywords for this Messaging Service with AdvisorGenie-specific replies. STOP returns:
AdvisorGenie Check-In Texts: You are unsubscribed. No further check-in texts will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.
HELP returns:
AdvisorGenie Check-In Texts: For help, email support@advisorgenie.com. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.

Legal disclosures
Message frequency is one or two messages per week, plus a reply acknowledgement or at most one follow-up when the customer responds. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
